K + J had a classic and whimsical vision for their spring seaside wedding at La Casa Marina in Jacksonville, Florida.
Wedding Flowers
We kept the flowers predominantly seasonal, and sourced from our local network of growers, our own garden, and featured lots of delicate cosmos, the favorite flower of the bride. Her bouquet was designed in a soft and muted palette of white ranunculus, lavender campanula, pastel yarrow, and white phlox to compliment her elegant dress.
The ceremony was held in the courtyard with delicate branches framing the couple as their family looked on.
For the reception, tables were styled with hand-dyed silk fabric, accented with taper candles to add romantic lighting. The sweetheart table featured a large garden style ground arrangement echoing the bride’s bouquet. Guest tables were adorned with dainty, light and airy ikebana inspired florals, highlighting the elegant silhouette of singular flowers.
During golden hour, their amazing photographer, Danielle Margarite, took them for a stroll on the beach, capturing memories they'll be sure to cherish forever.
