Spring Wedding at Jekyll Island Club on the coast of Georgia

Megan had seen our florals at some local businesses in Gainesville and was drawn to our style. She reached out to us to see if we were available for her March wedding at Jekyll Island Club Resort on the coast of Georgia. Turns out, we were already booked for the day and almost said no, but she was insistent that she really wanted us to be a part of her day. We took a second look at our logistics and team, and decided we could make it work because we loved her vibe and really wanted to make her floral dreams come true!

Jekyll Club was the perfect backdrop for their outdoor ceremony overlooking the reflecting pool, and black tie reception in the Morgan Center Ballroom.

The floral design started out with moody neutrals and lots of texture, and then at our 30 day check-in, we completely pivoted to a bright, cheerful spring palette with a nod to some tropical elements. We loved the final designs, and were thrilled to be able to use lots of beautiful ranunculus in our garden for her centerpieces. 

For her bridal bouquet we pulled in yellow oncidium orchids, fluffy white sweet peas, delicate nerine lilies, and Charlotte ranunculus from Japan. It was such a joy to design and hand over to her on her special day.
