Gainesville Florida Wedding Florist
When Monica approach us about her wedding flower design, she expressed her desire for the day to feel relaxed and fun, but still elevated. She wanted it to have a bit of a bohemian feel, a nod to a music festivals and local art that she is drawn to. We translated her vision in draping flower chains at the entrance to the ceremony, and a modern, art deco inspired ceremony backdrop with grassy golden accents.
To frame the aisle we designed ground arrangements with silver palmettos, grasses, and neutral spring garden elements, a nod to the local native environment.
For her bridal bouquet and personal flowers, we leaned into the best delicate blooms that spring has to offer. Delicate poppies from 3 Porch Farm stole the show, accompanied by sweet peas, campanula, and frilly tulips, accent by dried textures including yarrow, cress, and winged everlasting from our garden. We finished it with a flowy blush toned silk ribbon. Boutonnieres echoed the bridal bouquet and featured exclusively dried textures.
We love how this look came together for M + K and are so grateful for the trust they gave us to pull it all together for them!
